Reservations for minorities in IITs and IIMs

Huh!..after more than 50yrs of independence its strange to see ppl deciding to whom reservation has to be given. Its high time they cut down all existing reservations.. the SC and ST reservation which they have been enjoying for the past 50yrs!
Why don’t the politicians understand the consequences of the reservations.. They dont think who is going to get benefited finally... their main concern is vote bank...
The whole funda of reservation is to see that the deprived, economically weak people get a chance to come up in life... Its not the time to uplift socially backward people.. if at all there exists something of that kind then educate people to come out these superstitions...they say they have given SC and ST reservations so that ppl in rural and tribal areas come up in life. but what are we seeing ppl who are economically strong and living in cities are getting benefited cos of that.... and they are who actually don’t need ... What is the fun in giving the reservation and not educating the ppl who are actually backward to avail of those ....
I feel at least in top colleges of India like IIM and IITs there should not be any reservations. …come on.. these institutes hard earned reputation is all because of the quality of the students who get in. If they have to encourage the so called socially backward people  .. first they have to create awareness among them about the reservations and career options ..and at the max they should provide financial assistance ..not a seat in these institutes.. cos there are lakhs who are fighting for a seat and some one gets a preference just because he/she is from a recognized tribe/caste/minority......
Muslim community which is treated a minority ..huh they have been living with us prior to independence and still it's shame to call them minorities ..mebbe their population when compared to Hindus is less but they don’t deserved to be called minorities.....What more can u ask ..our President himself is a Muslim... in our cricket team we have good number of muslims ..many of our politicians are muslims...We have had many muslim leaders, politicians in the past also...till now people never looked Muslim as a muslim ..they treat them as equals ..but this will not be the same...if the reservation comes into picture,..
huh am totally pissed.....india sucks all because of its uneducated politicians

I dont understand y am building up this tension... i remem last yr i was a lot better ...actually the day before exam i went to office...
but tis time ... as am inching towards the day ..the fear of failing is growing... hmm last two mocks which i took were disasters .. i lost all my hopes ...hmm no more...
i just gave up.. am not goin to take any more mocks...and wednessday will be my last studying day...
the coming sat (on 19th) Wigan vs Arsenal .... this will be one good match to watch....
... except studies everything is goin fine... i made 23% profits on my Pantaloon retail investment..bought it at 1530/- and sold it at 1900/-...all this in just 4 days...

Hmm just two more weeks to go…today wrote the worst exam (penultimate mock cat) .. till date ..never in my life I got screwed this badly.. I was still in trance when I took the exam…basking in the glory of the previous exam’s result…got a bouncer.. hmm now am back to normal.. realized my level… huh!.. atleast the coming week need to consolidate those basic fundaes.. lest will get the same result .. if that happens then harakiri..

This blog is after a long time...all these days was busy with work...hmm working on this caller ring back tone .. (its similar to the hello tune in Airtel.. instead of the regular boring tring tring dial...they play a song...) My work sounds Hifi..but actually isnt.. cos it deals with data flow and crap...its boring and not worth discussing....


Am Sick with these IPOs..applied for Southern online BioTech for 1500shares...didntget any...and for one month my money was blocked...filed a complain at SEBI's website... they are supposed to give interest for the amount i kept..hmmm very bad..am planning to buy furniture this week about 20k worth..thgt if i dont get shares will put that money for that...

Yesterday our CRM team went out for a dinner...dutch party..:)...four of us.sat separately and hogged like dogs...Theres a restuarant Haras..we went there...loved 'fried ice cream' in desserts



am not getting time to watch soccer...just update myself by checking out uefa.com and espnstar.com.."WIGAN Athletic"..first time in Premeire league and is among top four ..too much...never saw them playing.. this time will defly check out..

Water shortage is one of the major problems faced by many parts of the country especially in urban areas. This problem is prevalent in Indian Institute of Technology Madras especially during summer seasons .The institute depends totally on potable water for all purposes. The water is being used for bathing, washing clothes, gardening, kitchen and toilet flushing. The water which comes out from the bathrooms and kitchens is mainly considered as waste water for this project because it is easy to collect and recycle. Of all the applications the gardening and toilet flushing need not require water of drinking standards. The purpose of the project is to determine an appropriate waste water recycling system that could be applied to recycle the grey water and use it for toilet flushing and gardening thereby reducing the demand. The institute area is divided into two zones one is the residential zone and other is the hostel zone. The present project deals with the hostel zone. The objectives of the project are (i) estimate the volume of waste water (ii) chemical analysis of the waste water (iii) fabricate a working model of recycling plant (iv) design a large scale recycling system for iit campus .The volume of waste water is estimated by collecting responses to a questionnaire. The complete spectrum of physical and chemical analysis is done by the experiments as per ASTM. The turbidity, COD and chloride concentration are found in excess in the waste water and thus methods to reduce these have been applied experimentally analyzed. A new method of treatment consisting of (i) alum treatment followed by (ii) sand filtration and (iii) activated carbon filtration ,was formed to be most effective, especially in reduction of COD and the turbidity.

Weekend update!!!!!!

After a long time I watched EPL…hmm I saw the match between Black burn rovers and West Brom Wich..:)) Black burn rovers played really great… Kuqi is god… what a player!!!!!.
Today.. Chelsea vs. Liverpool.. hope Liverpool wins this match already Chelsea is leading in the table.
This weekend mock was conducted on Saturday.. felt I didn’t do that bad unlike every Sunday ..lets see what I’ll get.

The coming week planning to  apply for Paradyne IPO. This time three of us are going to apply under one application at least can hope to get the minimum lot.
